Galvanised steel panels
Galvanised steel does not shrink or warp due to moisture. The structure requires no repairs, and the 25-year warranty is stated in the contract.
Panels with eccentric locks
The panels connect using eccentric locks. The home is assembled in 3–10 days, depending on its size.
Monolithic PU foam
Energy efficiency class A. PU foam does not settle over time, unlike mineral wool, which shrinks after 5–7 years and creates gaps.
Zero thermal bridges
Each panel joins the next through a labyrinth joint, without direct bridges between outdoor and indoor air.
Installation in 1–2 days
No concrete works or wet processes. The home can be installed at any time of year.
G1 flammability class
Materials self-extinguish after the fire source is removed. PU foam emits no toxic substances.

How do I choose a home model?
Start with the number of residents, separate rooms and spaces for work and storage. Then check how the home and terrace will fit on your plot. You can compare layouts and specifications in the HOMERS catalogue.
What is the difference between Basic, Comfort and Full House?
These are different levels of home specification. Check the exact list of structural elements, finishes, building systems, furniture and appliances in the selected model’s tabs and the contract specification. Additional options are agreed separately.
What is included in the total cost of a home?
The total estimate depends on the model, specification and installation location. Before placing an order, check how the foundation, delivery, installation, external utilities and additional equipment are accounted for. Request an individual estimate listing the work and payment terms.
What affects the project timeline?
The timeline depends on project approval, site readiness, the specification, production schedule and delivery. Factory production time should not be confused with the full time until the home is ready to move into. The stages are described on the Production page.
Are HOMERS homes suitable for year-round living?
HOMERS models can be considered for permanent living. Heating, ventilation, insulation and utility connections should be agreed for the specific site and climate. Check the characteristics of your chosen solution in the project documentation.
