ESSENTIAL UTILITIES

Utilities Connection

Electricity: The electrical connection by an overhead or underground line. Total of 3 kW for a 2-module house is requires 0.55 kW of power.

Heating and Cooling: Heating & Cooling is carried out by an inverter-type split system air conditioner up to -20oC and +50oC. The power is selected depending on the area of ​​the modular house and electric batteries.

Sewerage System: Sewerage and water supply are connected under the floor of the bathroom module. Sewer pipes and water supply pipes are insulated to the prevent freezing form soil and an electric heating wire is laid to protect against freezing in winter.

Ventilation: The house has an autonomous ventilation system with optional recuperation. A kitchen hood with a non-return valve is installed in the kitchen. To reduce humidity (e.g. when drying clothes), it is possible to use the air conditioner in the air-drying mode.
