When Alex Monada saw his Ukrainian workers homeless, he repurposed his factory to create affordable modular homes that are quick and simple to assemble and dismantle. The homes are designed to provide much needed shelter for the refugees whose houses have been damaged in conflict situations by providing much needed social housing.
