Your brand and our structure. A property recognized from afar.
1 standard = N locations
+ parallel production
- Parallel productionAn EU factory with capacity for up to 100+ homes a month. Ordering N units at once does not affect the timeline for each one.
- Consistent qualityCNC ±0.5 mm. Each unit is an exact copy of the last. We provide consistent building quality in every location.
- One standardOne project → one contractor → one contract. No need to hire N different construction teams across the country.

Questions before
starting your project
What multi-site projects is HOMERS suited to?
The approach can be developed for residential, rental and hotel projects involving multiple homes. It uses repeatable structural solutions, with the specification and placement adapted to each location.
How can a consistent standard be maintained across locations?
Before starting a series, agree on standard layouts, materials, building systems and acceptance criteria. The characteristics of each site are reviewed separately. Learn more about HOMERS technology and production.
Can the homes be adapted to the client’s brand?
Requirements for finishes, equipment and brand elements can be included in the design brief. Technical feasibility, costs and the scope of adaptation are agreed before production begins.
How are the budget and schedule for a series determined?
They depend on the number of homes, model types, specifications, logistics and site readiness. The proposal should set out the delivery stages, scope of work and payment schedule for the project.
What should I prepare to discuss an Enterprise project?
Describe the business model, the number and locations of the homes, your preferred standard solutions and launch stages. Contact HOMERS to discuss the brief. We also have a dedicated hotel solution.
What documents are agreed before series production?
Design solutions, specifications, scope of work, site requirements, delivery schedules and acceptance criteria are agreed. The document list and each party’s responsibilities should be recorded in the contract for the specific project.
