83.5 m² for a family that values both shared and personal space
Vista is a home for a couple with a child or two adults who need separate bedrooms and a full shared living area.
The 42.4 m² open-plan kitchen and living room is a single space without columns. The galvanised steel panel construction carries the full load, so there are no load-bearing interior walls. The panoramic façade connects the living room to a 64.9 m² terrace, with sliding doors opening across the full width.
The two bedrooms, 14.1 and 16 m², are separated so that each forms its own acoustic envelope thanks to 200 mm PU foam panels. The larger room can be used as the main bedroom; the smaller as a child’s room or office.
The 5.1 m² bathroom is fully assembled at the factory: tiles, sanitary fittings and underfloor heating. A 5.9 m² utility room with seasonal wardrobe storage brings building services and storage together.
Covered parking for two cars. For rental use, Vista offers 10 assembly/disassembly cycles without loss of structural strength.
