Nico is a family home for those who need both a full home office and separate areas for parents and children. The two wings are separated by a shared space, giving everyone privacy.
The 56.1 m² kitchen and living room is the largest open space among models up to 150 m². The panoramic façade has no interior columns. Galvanised steel panel construction carries the full roof load, leaving the interior free to furnish.
Parents’ wing: a 21.5 m² main bedroom with a 7.4 m² walk-through wardrobe and a 4.7 m² private bathroom. Exterior blinds and climate control operate on a separate circuit independently of the shared area.
Children’s wing: a 15.3 m² room with access to a separate terrace and a 10.8 m² guest bedroom that can serve as a second child’s room or guest room.
The 9.7 m² office is acoustically and climatically isolated. PU foam panels dampen noise, creating a workspace without distractions even when children play in the next room.
The 7.8 m² entrance hall and 9.7 m² utility room provide extra space for more powerful equipment, such as a geothermal pump or energy storage. A 5.1 m² guest bathroom is near the entrance and office.
Nico has covered parking for two cars. The structure withstands 10 assembly/disassembly cycles.

Does Nico have a separate space for working from home?
The Nico layout includes an office, while the parents’ and children’s areas are separated by a shared space. This allows a workspace to be arranged in a separate room.
What should I compare before choosing Nico?
Can Nico be adapted to my plot?

What is needed to estimate the cost of Nico?

The timing depends on design approval, specification, site readiness and logistics. The agreed schedule and handover date are set out in the contract. The production page describes the stages of preparing and assembling the home.
Can the Nico office be used as a bedroom?
This change of use should be agreed during design, checking lighting, ventilation, furniture placement and requirements for a habitable room. The layout should be approved before production.
