39.1 m² of living space without unnecessary partitions: an 18.9 m² open-plan kitchen and living room opens onto a 36.6 m² terrace through panoramic glazing. The terrace acts as a second room outdoors and an extension of your living space, where you can have breakfast, work or entertain guests.
Galvanised steel panels and 200 mm PU foam insulation retain warmth in winter and cool air in summer without an additional heater in the shoulder seasons. Lighting, temperature and protective blinds can be controlled from a smartphone.
If you are considering an investment, Basilio is your mobile asset. Up to 10 assembly/disassembly cycles without loss of strength. The house and land remain two separate liquid assets. It can be rented through Airbnb or on a long-term basis without changes to the structure or documentation.
