Constanza prefab home by HOMERS

Constanza is the largest home in the HOMERS range. It is for a family that needs everything: separate wings for parents and children, a guest room with its own bathroom, a full walk-in wardrobe, and a terrace with room for dining, lounging and children’s activities.

The 64.8 m² kitchen and living room is the largest open space in the range. There are no columns: galvanised steel panel construction carries the full roof load. A panoramic façade connects the interior to a 121.4 m² terrace, the largest among HOMERS models.

Separate parents’ wing: a 20.8 m² main bedroom leads to an 11.1 m² walk-in wardrobe — a full room with separate ventilation — then to a 10.6 m² bathroom, the largest in the range, with the option of a bath instead of a shower.

Children’s wing: two symmetrical 15.2 m² rooms with equal conditions for each child: area, lighting and ventilation. G1 materials with no toxic emissions.

A 10.2 m² guest bedroom with its own bathroom of 5.1 m² nearby provides complete guest privacy, separate from the family areas.

The 6.5 m² entrance hall is the central point leading to both wings. The 10.2 m² utility room is the largest in the range and is designed for a geothermal system, battery or server equipment.

Constanza has covered parking for two cars. The structure withstands 10 assembly/disassembly cycles without loss of strength.
