Alan is a home for a couple who need two separate areas: a bedroom and a space for guests, a child or a home office.
29.2 m² of open-plan kitchen and living space without partitions, made possible by the galvanised steel panel construction. Panoramic glazing connects the living room to a 50.8 m² terrace; sliding doors blur the boundary between indoors and nature.
The 15.6 m² main bedroom has room for a large bed, bedside tables and a workspace. The 9.7 m² second bedroom can serve as a guest room, child’s room or office. Electrical wiring for each use is installed at the factory.
The 5.1 m² bathroom is fully assembled at the factory: the shower, underfloor heating and sanitary fittings are checked before dispatch. The 1.8 m² utility room houses the water heater and electrical panel, with convenient access out of sight.
If you are considering Alan as a rental property or a small-hotel unit, the structure withstands up to 10 assembly/disassembly cycles without loss of strength.
