Oscar is a home for a family with two children, with a room for each person and a shared area large enough for dinners, games and guests.
The 54.4 m² kitchen and living room is the largest open space among models up to 100 m². There are no columns: the galvanised steel panel construction carries the full load. Panoramic glazing opens onto a 64.9 m² terrace, connecting the home and nature when the sliding doors open.
The 13.8 m² main bedroom connects to a 4.6 m² walk-in wardrobe and a 4.7 m² private bathroom, creating a parents’ area separated from the children’s wing. Two children’s rooms of 10 m² each have symmetrical layouts and equal conditions for each child. G1 materials with no toxic emissions.
The 5.1 m² guest bathroom serves children and guests. It is factory-assembled like the main bathroom. A compact 2 m² utility room houses the building services.
Parking for two cars. For rental use: 10 assembly/disassembly cycles without loss of strength.
